工作職責(zé):
1.Oversee daily BFS store operations within the sales cluster, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards. Focus on optimizing the customer journey to meet client needs and drive satisfaction through active coaching and performance feedback
與銷(xiāo)售大區(qū)共同監(jiān)督BFS 門(mén)店運(yùn)營(yíng)情況,確保其質(zhì)量、效率均符合運(yùn)營(yíng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。著重優(yōu)化客戶(hù)體驗(yàn)流程,以滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)需求,并主動(dòng)進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)和反饋不斷提升客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。
2.Develop and execute cluster-level retail operation strategies based on HQ guidelines and local market data.
基于總部指引與本地市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),制定并執(zhí)行大區(qū)級(jí)零售運(yùn)營(yíng)策略。
3.Drive local marketing and compound sales initiatives, integrating new media and in-store promotions to boost traffic and conversion.
推動(dòng)本地營(yíng)銷(xiāo)與小區(qū)銷(xiāo)售活動(dòng),整合新媒體與店內(nèi)促銷(xiāo),提升客流與轉(zhuǎn)化。
4.Train and customer teams on SOPs, sales skills, and customer engagement competence.
培訓(xùn)與賦能經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商團(tuán)隊(duì),提升標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程、銷(xiāo)售技能與顧客互動(dòng)能力。
5.Monitor store performance, analyze financial and operational data, and propose improvement actions.
監(jiān)控門(mén)店績(jī)效,分析財(cái)務(wù)與運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù),提出改進(jìn)建議。
任職資格:
Education
學(xué)歷要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
本科及以上學(xué)歷,工商管理、零售管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Experience
經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
Minimum 2 years in retail operations, preferably in home appliances, building materials, or furniture. Experience in multi-store management, SOP implementation, and customer training is essential.
至少2年零售運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備家電、建材或家具行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。需具備多店管理、SOP落地與經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
