Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Be responsible for successful implementation of Premier Acquisition strategies
2. Acquire new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads.
3. In order to deliver a high quality service to our highest value personal clients, the role holder will need to complete simple retail sales.
4. Accomplish training, coaching and accreditation requirement
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Strong presentation and sales skills
3. Objection handling techniques and work under pressure
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Customer service orientation
6. Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market
7. Attain any internal standards as required by HBCN
