主要職責：
61 根據(jù)UBR采購政策，協(xié)調(diào)并促進所有采購申請的競標過程。征求合格供應(yīng)商的報價及提案，協(xié)助采購經(jīng)理對所有回標文件進行收集整理和評估。
61 .協(xié)助采購經(jīng)理管理零星工程采購，包括但不限于工程范圍和要求的整理和發(fā)送，技術(shù)澄清答疑，現(xiàn)場踏勘，詢價比價，價格談判，項目進度的記錄，更新和跟進。
61 根據(jù)需求尋源和開發(fā)新的潛在供應(yīng)商，完成新供應(yīng)商的NDA簽署和背景調(diào)查，并在PMP系統(tǒng)中創(chuàng)建。
崗位要求：
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree is required. Technical degree is a plus
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years commodity / Sourcing / Procurement experience required with 1-2 years of experience procuring highly specialized/technical commodities; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Purchasing experience for technical services / construction projects is also a plus.
MS Excel: Advanced level of analytical capabilities. Ability to gather, interpret data from multiple sources and identify economic trends.
MS PowerPoint: Ability to translate information from analysis and convey information effectively in PowerPoint 能熟練使用馬蜂盯標進行招標采購類信息查詢
