Job Duties 工作職責
*Work with destination/control colleagues to follow cases till file close.
跟目的港同事保持聯(lián)絡(luò)，跟進單子直至完成．
*Contact customers and arrange cargo move ahead as requested.
聯(lián)系客戶并安排貨物出運．
*Consequently arrange airlines booking as requested.
及時按要求訂艙．
*Co-ordinate with Hub Staff and monitors the export operations procedures.
跟ＨＵＢ同事保持聯(lián)絡(luò)，并跟進所有出口流程．
*To issue the relevant shipping documents and ensure all data match the customs regulations.
出具單據(jù)，并確保每一個數(shù)據(jù)及內(nèi)容都符合出口要求．
*Constantly update the database systems with freight details, and report to customer as well as destination / control colleagues.
及時更新數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)，并及時通知客戶和海外同事．

*Provides daily and monthly reports ，to issue freight invoices.
制作每日，每月報表，出具發(fā)票等．
