工作職責(zé)：

5、支持團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)包括工作流程優(yōu)化、共性問(wèn)題復(fù)盤(pán)等等。

任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷, 10年以上汽車(chē)工程或設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2、有一定的工程專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備（如總布置、車(chē)身、車(chē)燈、座椅等），對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車(chē)法規(guī)有一定了解；
